HealSend Reviews

Transparent pricing and cash-pay simplicity; HealSend says it is self-pay only and does not use insurance.

Convenient telehealth flow with electronic intake, asynchronous messaging, prescription routing, and medication shipping coordination.

Unlimited clinician support and the ability to cancel or pause anytime are advertised on the weight-loss page.

Same-day or next-day shipping and white-glove patient support are listed in HealSend’s company profile.

Public feedback on the site is generally positive, with testimonials praising the user experience and perceived value.

It is not insurance-based; all costs are out-of-pocket.

The brand appears to have limited independent review coverage, so there is less third-party verification than for larger telehealth platforms.

Publicly available information is mostly self-reported marketing content and testimonials, which makes it harder to independently assess outcomes.

The site includes medical content about treatments and pill-splitting, which can imply side effects and dosing concerns depending on the medication.
